Privacy

This site is run by USC Terra Labs so members can request shell access to the club's shared Mac mini (terra-mac-intel). Sign-in is limited to verified USC Google accounts (@usc.edu).

What we collect

• From Google sign-in (scopes openid email profile): your email address, whether it is verified, your name and your Google account ID. We use them only to check that you are a member and to show who is signed in.
• What you submit: your SSH public key, the Tailscale email to share the Mac with, and the reason for your request.
• An audit log of sign-ins and admin actions, with the time and your IP address.

How we use it

Only to review, grant and revoke access to the Mac. We don't sell or share it, use it for ads, or read any other Google data. Records are kept while you have access and deleted on request.
